FFS bag- (1) Definition Explanation
FFS bag, also known as FFS heavy-duty packaging bag, is a type of continuous production; Forming‐ Fill‐ Sealing” FORM FILL SEAL, abbreviated as FFS, is a blown film product for bags that achieves continuous and automatic completion of multiple process operations in one go, to meet the high-speed packaging needs of ultra large synthetic resin plants. - (2) Process Description
The main raw materials for FFS bag products are 8C metallocene, LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene), LDPE (low-density polyethylene), and other additives, which are precisely proportioned and added to their respective raw material storage tanks. After mixing, they are plasticized and extruded, printed, rolled, embossed, formed, and packaged as finished products before being released from the warehouse.
