Space bag

• (1) Definition Explanation
  Space bags, also known as flexible container bags, are a type of medium-sized bulk container that can be transported in a modular manner using cranes or forklifts. They are convenient for transporting bulk powdered materials and have the characteristics of large volume, light weight, and easy loading and unloading. They are one of the common packaging materials. 
• (2) Process Description
  A space bag is mainly made of polypropylene, mixed with a small amount of stable seasoning, melted and extruded into plastic film by an extruder, cut into silk, and then stretched. It is then heat set to produce high-strength and low elongation PP raw silk, which is then woven and coated into a plastic woven fabric base. After sewing with accessories such as straps, the space bag is made.
